Goldblum Consulting was founded in 2019 to give small and medium-sized companies access to expertise that normally only corporations have.
We work with customers from many industries (e.g. B2C, insurance, pharmaceuticals, education, diagnostics, publishing).
The management of the company and all senior assessment managers are qualified, state-certified psychologists.
As an official implementation partner of Personio, the company has been trained, tested and verified by Personio.
Short CV Ansgar Bittermann, CEO Goldblum Consulting
Dipl. Psychologist Ansgar Bittermann studied at the second oldest psychological institute in the world in Göttingen with a focus on clinical psychology and wrote his diploma thesis under Professor Grammer at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute in Vienna. He then worked and taught at the Technical University of Munich and researched how robots can recognize human emotions.
He received the Future Award and the German Multimedia Award for the development of online training to reduce racism based on psychological research. He also led an EU consortium within HORIZION 2020 to improve the market introduction of innovations from psychological research.
He has been working in management positions in various companies across Europe for almost 15 years. In 2019 he founded Goldblum Consulting to make knowledge about scientific talent management available to small and medium-sized companies.
“The democratization of knowledge in the area of talent management is fundamental for small and medium-sized companies in the age of the “War of Talent”. And I wanted to make my contribution,” said Ansgar, referring to his motivation for founding the company.
