Develop and retain the right employees

Developing & coaching managers

The Great Resign - Gaps in leadership behavior

The primary reason why talented employees leave the company is gaps in the leadership skills of their superiors. In the "war of talent" it is becoming increasingly difficult to hire the right people. That is why every company should do everything in its power to retain the right employees.

Measuring leadership qualities

Our leadership tests are a proven tool for measuring future leadership potential and current leadership behavior. This means that we can identify individual strengths and gaps for future leaders (with regard to development programs and upcoming promotions) and current leaders (with regard to their leadership skills) and then work explicitly on these topics in the coaching process.

Example evaluation "Integrative leadership"

There is no such thing as THE right leadership behavior

Leadership behavior depends on three things: the personality of the leader, the culture of the company and the people who are to be led. For example, young employees need to be led much more directly than experienced high-potentials ("empowerment"). That's why we examine all three levels with you in order to work out the perfect leadership style or styles for your current situation.

My team members are having problems, but I don't know why?

Our tests are a very good tool to determine why a person or team cannot or will not reach their full potential, as we can reveal hidden personality traits and characteristics that are difficult to observe. In our tests we identify problem areas in the area of personal skills, motivation, personality, cognitive performance, leadership skills and general job fit.

Professional leadership coaching

Our leadership coaching is carried out by the psychotherapy practice (according to the Alternative Medicine Practitioners Act) of Dipl.-Psych. Ansgar Bittermann. This practice specializes in psychotherapy and coaching for executives. Especially for executives who are in the public spotlight every day, it is all the more important to work with specialized experts who know the bright and dark sides of life in the public eye.

Coaching and psychotherapy for managers and relatives

The practice for psychotherapy according to the Alternative Medicine Practitioners Act, under the direction of qualified psychologist Ansgar Bittermann, focuses on people and their relatives in high-performance environments.

People in leadership positions and their families, who are constantly in the public eye, see the world through different eyes. With us, you will meet psychotherapists who themselves come from this environment.
